使用centraldogma做为一个配置管理工具是很不错的，完善的版本管理，watch支持，同时支持ha，支持git repo 的镜像，方便的数据格式处理
（json schema,json path）,同时也包含了完备的权限访问控制，同时官方已经提供了spring boot starer，golang，rust client 都是很不错的，后边
