golang 配置goproxy 几个可选的地址

对于golang 语言的开发，对于国内来说有点被动，需要想各种方法，一般的解决方法如下：

• 使用代理工具（FQ）
• 配置goproxy

国内一般来说使用阿里云的基本够用了，但是有时阿里云也会不好使，后边的几个可以可以做为后备，以备
