Key Learnings：
I've come to understand the concept of multimodality. Through the explanations of how multimodality is applied in movies and advertisements, I've grasped the techniques of combining the use of images, colors, and camera shots to enhance the appeal of movies or advertisements. At the same time, it has deepened my understanding of the concept and operation mechanism of multimodality. I've also realized that multimodality is not just about using multiple forms of media, but rather harmoniously integrating them to strengthen the expressive effect.

Usefulness：
In future academic research or various presentation sessions, using multimodality to display data, charts, etc. will be more straightforward. In future educational work, teachers can utilize multimodal resources such as PPT presentations, videos, interactive presentations, and blogs to help students better understand the course content. In this era of highly developed Internet, many people use various forms of content to attract fans in social media operation. For example, some people create different types of short videos, such as short fitness demonstration videos within one minute, which clearly show the standard movements, like the correct posture of a plank and the key points of exerting force during a squat.

Suggestions：
I think it would be beneficial to include the analysis of cutting-edge cases to further deepen the audience's understanding of multimodality. Meanwhile, the time for group discussions and hands-on operations could be increased to enhance the learning experience. Regarding the topics, it would be very meaningful to explore the advantages and disadvantages of multimodality, such as the issues related to personal privacy in multimedia content.

Personal Experience：
Entering the multimodality workshop is like opening the door to a new world. I originally thought it would just be a routine knowledge imparting session, but I didn't expect such a diverse range of presentation forms. When I saw the concept of multimodality being explained with dynamic images and music, I was filled with pleasant surprise, and my curiosity was completely ignited. I couldn't wait to find out what other wonderful content there would be. When participating in the practical session of the workshop, I tried to integrate different modal elements in my creation. When I saw my own ideas gradually taking shape, for example, when a passage of text was paired with suitable music and images, and it exuded a brand-new appeal, the excitement I felt was beyond words. This not only allowed me to see the charm of multimodality but also inspired me to be bold in my future creative work.
