Triaging work item – Task

 

Triage field refers to the process of assessing the effort to handle a task. This field is designed to track the state of that decision process.

 

Pending(default) – means the task is waiting for a decision on how to handle it.

 

More Info – means you need more info to make a decision. The proposer of the task is supposed to provide the additional info and reset the triage state to pending.

 

Triaged – means a decision to handle the task has been made.

 

Info Received – means you have already received the related info from the proposer of the task.

Go to the work item and select “task”, you will find a description of the use of the field Triage.
