咩咩的咣咣

java.net.ConnectException:ConnectionRefused拒绝访问

在执行spark-submit xxxx.py时遇到这个错误，查阅官方文档（https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/HADOOP2/ConnectionRefused），

发现有可能是hadoop没有运行，果然是......
