将项目由vs2003升级到vs2005后出现中文乱码的解决办法

摘要：最近将ERP系统从VS.NET 2003 升级到 VS.NET 2005 后，原代码的中文汉字全部变成了乱码，导致无法阅读，也无法正常编译,而利用 EditPlus 或记事本打均正常，百思不得其解。解决方法： “工具”菜单 —》 “选项” —》 “文本编辑器” —》将 ”自动检测不带签名的 UTF-8编码” 阅读全文
