Empty Cache & Primed Cache:
empty cache is the browser which does not cache any components of the page. The primed cache is the cache which cached all components of all the page. The empty cache is always for the first run user.
There are 2 scenrios that we should prefer the primed cache:
1. Multi-pages per session
2. Multi-return per use in a period time.

Use css and js files external or inline:
For the first time, put in line stylesheet and javascript will behave faster than using external Js and Css files.
However, most of time we should use external files because we can cache the external files to reduce the http requests.
