宇思信德科技公司起源于一家10年前创建的欧洲it咨询公司。2005年公司进行了业务重组，目前公司是一个中小型的跨国企业，控股公司在新加坡，运作主要在中国和欧洲。

公司的业务主要为it外包，应用程序开发的外包，离岸研发中心，商务流程外包等。我们在中国提供服务给欧洲的客户，客户所在国家包括挪威，瑞典，法国，丹麦以及中国的跨国企业。目前我们在挪威的奥斯陆，北京和新加坡有分支机构，计划在2006和2007年在欧洲的其他几个国家建立新的销售网点，在西安建立新的研发中心。

我们的服务通常分为多个部分，包括 1.概念转移，2.分析，3.设计, 4.开发, 5.测试，6.交付使用。1和6通常在客户的本土进行，其他部分都有可能在中国完成。这和对日本外包的项目完全不同。我们不仅仅是简单的开发和测试机构。

职位描述及要求： Our working language is English. Half of our staff are from abroad: US, Norway. Our customers are  also from overseas.  Responsibilities  1.Cooperate with project managers and architecture designers to work on software system.  2.Work on project modules and compose document. Solving chanlleging technology issues. Coding and    module testing.  3..NET programming includding ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET and so on.  4.During the early stage of projects, may be involved in the communication with customers about the    requirements. Skills Requirement  1.At least 2 years experience in software development.Especially in .Net technologies.  2.Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading and writing.  3.Experience in commercial software system is a preference. Database knowledge such as Oracle or    SQL Server are also preferences.  4.Good team work sprit.
