Business Model
Defination: A business Model describes the logic used by a company to create value for the customer, make it available and capture a significant part of it for the company.

Purpose of Busines Model:
- Recover overall consistency
- focus attention on the processes of creating and maintaining value
- understand clearly what the sources of profit are
Methodology: plot the canvas on a poster -> put the poster on the wall -> sketch out your business model.
