Windows Server 2008R2不再支持串口UPS

最近我公司新配置了一台T610，其中安装的是最新的Server系统：Win2008R2。可是当我把UPS接上RS232后，却一直无法在系统中找到UPS管理配置界面。以前的Win2003，可以在控制面板的电源选项中配置UPS的。经过上Microsoft的Forum，才知道，从Vista开始到2008R2，Windows已经不再支持串口的UPS设备了。只有具备USB管理接口的UPS，才能被系统识别并在控制面板的电源选项中配置管理。

Windows vista and 2008 no longer have serial UPS support. Please make it sure that you have got the USB support on the UPS. If Windows 2008 Picks up the driver of the USB then you should be able to configure it from Power Options in Control Panal.
