R包安装记录

一个很无聊的贴子 主要目的就是装R包 各种版本的

# 如果你还没有安装 remotes
install.packages("remotes")  
library(remotes)

SeuratV4组 Matrix SeuratObject Seurat

remotes::install_version("Matrix", version = "1.6.1.1", repos = "https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/CRAN/")

# SeuratObject version: 5.0.2
remotes::install_version("SeuratObject", version = "5.0.2", repos = "https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/CRAN/")

# Seurat version: 4.4.0

# rliger version: 1.0.1 这个没反应就用下面远程
