CRM 5.0 Installation Problem

System information and landscape: Windows 2003 server, 64 bit kernel

A SAP ERP 5.0 SR2 dual stack with Oracle 9 has already been installed successfully and runs well.

A SAP CRM 5.0 SR2 dual stack with the same database but a different db instance had been installed once, but for the ora-listener issue, the original installation was removed. Instead, a new CRM 5.0 SR2 with DB2 database (mainly called DB6 when installed on Unix/Linux/Windows) was successfully installed.

The two systems ran well for about one week. During this period, client copies in the two systems were performed. No errors pumped up.

However, after a system automatically reboot (mainly caused by the damned window auto update, I guess), the CRM system cannot startup.

In SAPMMC, under the CRM system node, the db2 database instance even disappeared! The start command of the System only triggered the SCS instance to run normally (become green). The Java instance cannot start.

DB2 database check was performed, which showed that database instance was up. But how could the db instance disappear in the MMC?! It's So Strange!

I was thinking of this to be an issue with Java only, but after a check with the configure tool, no improvement can be expected in Java stack RCA.

Who can help me? ><
