配置springmvc.xml的三种方式

springmvc的核心servlet
第一种：文件的命名方式必须是：[servlet-name]-servlet.xml ,比如：springmvc-servlet.xml，配置文件在放入在web-inf目录下。

第二种：改变命名空间 namespace 必须配置文件也在放入在WEB-INF目录下。

第三种：通过:contextConfigLocation
