函数组说明：日历:时间(日期/时间)
这个函数组可以进行一些日历日期的处理。

DURATION_DETERMINE（Calendar: Determine duration between two times）
END_TIME_DETERMINE（Calendar: Determine end date and time）
START_TIME_DETERMINE（Calendar: Determine start date and time）

使用上述函数都必须定义工厂日历，否则无结果。
