LWP::Protocol::https not installed

501 Protocol scheme ‘https’ is not supported (LWP::Protocol::https not installed) at
则安装如下包包即可：
sudo apt-get install libcrypt-ssleay-perl libssl-dev liblwp-protocol-https-perl
