1.本地执行之后，没有报告
在jenkins执行有时候也会没有报告（UI的会出现，API的不会出现，也是奇怪）
2.原因：
allure-result文件中没有history文件夹
3.解决：
将allure-report中的history复制到allure-result
xcopy .\allure-report\history .\allure-results\history /e /Y /I
