创建SpringMVC项目

一、创建工程

1.eclipse 右键新建 Dynamic Web Project 项目

2.配置好tomcat后，点击 FINISH已经创建好工程了

二、导入spring包

把spring相关包，copy到 lib 下

三、配置web.xml

四、配置spring-servlet.xml

五、创建HelloController
