1. Good C programming skills.
2. Experience firmware design with both 51 and arm cotex-m core MCU, In Keil uVersion environment.And I even code some small pieces for EPM240, an altera's CPLD, with verilog HDL, and debug in quartusII 9.0 and model-sim environment.
3. In-Depth knowledge of how operating system work.I used to read uc/os-II's code line by line, and work with Linux more than 36 months.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of data communication and networks.
5. Basic knowledge for design a digital system is prepared.
6. PCB layout in allegro environment for 10 months.
7. Read English paper in my sphere smoothly, and daily communication is no problem.

1. Responsible for firmware coding & testing, digital board Layout, and HW testing.
2. Did some testing work on others requirement, Both FW and HW, at the beginning.
3. Did Estimate & Research work on the subject ‘Triple-Play Home Gateway’ together with my direct. Some reports on how to realize the product both on HW&FW is made.
4. Designed and completed the 'Web Based Remote Controller' for one of our product, on which Linux 2.6 is used. I fulfilled programming all on my own. 
5. Performed as a leader of an OEM project. Responsibility to transfer the xxx series design, an OEM project from a design house, to products. All work including replacing some of the components with low cost one, fabricating the ‘first one’ and organizing DVT&MVT, reducing Labor cost of PCS product, addressing spec. for automated testing program, etc.
6. Fulfilled layout update work of two PCB design form Cisco, an 8-layer one and a 4-alyer one, in allegro environment, including package footprint design, layout, manufacture files output etc.
