mmcv和mmdetection的安装教程

mmcv的安装会有很多cuda、pytorch版本适配的问题，如果版本不适配，会报各种错误，比如ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'mmcv._ext' 。

mmdetection官方建议用mim进行安装，这是官方的整个安装教程：https://mmdetection.readthedocs.io/en/latest/get_started.html#installation

在用官方安装教程之前，我试了网上的其它安装方法，但程序运行会报错No module named 'mmcv._ext'，然后我按照上述官方安装教程重新进行了安装，程序可以顺利运行了。
