From Product/Market Fit to Customer Development:创业者的TDD方法
前两天在董洵访谈中第一次看到“Product/Market Fit”,今天看《Hacker and Painter》时,作者Paul Graham也反复强调了对市场快速反应的重要性,反对传统软软件按部就班的拖泥带水,对于Startup company尤其如此。所以特意查了查“Product/Market Fit”,然后接触到Customer Development之类的东西,有如获至宝之感,上一次有这种感觉则是接触到Disruptive Innovation。
在Startup-marketing.com找到的创业金字塔中,“Production/Market Fit”至关重要。
Startup-marketing.com还介绍了两本书,因为找不到电子书,未能深究。从一些Review看来,似乎与软件开发中的TDD或Lean Development Process有得一拼,基本上都属于拥抱客户,拥抱变化,在战争中学习战争,在战争中壮大自我,做起来再说,有没有搞头,做做就知道了,而且也只能做做才能知道。
