交叉编译perl，需要的补丁包参考http://arsv.github.io/perl-cross/usage.html，以下为过程记录：

0）下载源码：

官方源码版本：5.32.0

补丁包版本：1.3.4

1）打补丁：将补丁包中的文件覆盖到官方源码中

2）执行以下命令：

$ ./configure --prefix=/opt/arm-linux/usr/ --target=arm-linux --target-tools-prefix=arm-linux-gnueabi-
$ make
$ make install
