    也就是说使用apache需要使用vc6的，vc9是用vc2008编译的 ，而vc6是用vc6编译的，apache是用vc6编译的，所以为了兼容性我们要使用vc6版本；但是php官网并没有vc6的5.3版本，上网搜了一下，终于在stackoverflow上找到了这个问题，在这里。原来apache有一个vc9的版本，但似乎不是官方的，在这里，但注意使用是所用的插件必须也是vc9编译的。
