xp系统遇到问题：

打开某个软件提示报错信息， windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience。

原因：

动态库未注册或者动态库缺少

解决办法：

（1）打开 start，然后在run里面输入regsvr32 /u vsfilter.dll，然后回车。

（2）接着在run 里面输入regsvr32 /u shmedia.dll

如果提示vsfilter.dll 缺少，则需要去找dll网站进行下载相对应的dll文件。

（3）重启电脑就好了。
