maven打包命令，cmd进入项目根目录下面。
mvn clean package -Dmaven.test.skip=true
打包生成jar文件，使用java -jar 包名称启动项目，而不是java 包名称.jar 这个默认启动的是class文件
启动成功之后在ie地址栏访问成功
