1. He told us to be confident because of the following facts:
a) We all did very well in the past so we have proven our ability in certain area;
b) Even if we want to change ourselves in some aspects, it cannot take place immediately. So we have to accept ourselves and love ourselves today.
2. Have passion. Because we have more chances to choose what we like to do. Once we decide what we want, we should do it with great effort. Be passionate and have smile on our faces. Then we can influence people around us, make them to like us and willing to woke with us. Thus we can do our work better.
3. Attitude is important. What we have learned is not the most important thing to the company and to us. We should always be hungry to learn new things, do our best to accomplish what we need to do or want to do, work together with other guys efficiently.
If we agree on what Sunil said is not important to him, what he does care is our commitment and our taking action now.
1 为什么他选择做maketing:他曾经选择过好多工作----，但是发现办公室的工作特别boring,他喜欢每天去见不同的人 ，体会通过自己的努力给公司带来利润的感觉。
2 我们如何不再跟着别人的期盼走路：我们应该努力寻求自己的优势所在，问问自己身边的朋友是怎么样评价自己的，然后试着去做一些改变 ，当我们用正确的attitude来看世界，那么世界将会大不同。
3 公司文化和一个人个性的匹配很重要么：同样是一个职位，但在不同的公司工作的性质却又很大不同，你必须要找到一个和你契 合的文化，才能干出事业。
4 一个人是“smart"比较重要，还是"hard working "比较重要:只有口头功夫的人在工作的路上是走不长远的，更重要的是一个人真的有学习的能力，并愿意为了这个工作付出努力
