github无法访问

修改hosts 文件 C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc|hosts

增加：

140.82.113.4 github.com
199.232.69.194 github.global.ssl.fastly.net

cmd中执行 ipconfig /flushdns 刷新dns缓存
