a.先去163邮件开启smtp邮件。

b.在CI的控制器里写下面的代码

        $config['smtp_user'] = '18367724000@163.com';//这里写上你的163邮箱账户
        $config['smtp_pass'] = 'storecode8881111';//这里写上你的163邮箱密码

        $config['validate'] = true;
        $config['priority'] = 1;
        $config['crlf']  = "\r\n";
        $config['smtp_port'] = 25;

阿里云ecs关闭25端口的，要用163的465端口来发送

要注意先开启smtp功能才能发短信，密码是开启之后提供的，而不是邮件的登录密码。
