ffnvcodec 升级到 12.0.11.0 2022-11-4

如果不升级编译最新版本的ffmpeg时提示错误

ERROR: cuda requested, but not all dependencies are satisfied: ffnvcodec

git clone https://git.videolan.org/git/ffmpeg/nv-codec-headers.git
cd nv-codec-headers
make
sudo make install
