python 根据excel单元格内容获取该单元格所在的行号

python 环境：Python 2.7.16

需要安装：pandas/xlrd (pip2 install pandas/ pip2 install xlrd)

以上代码实现：从‘test.xlsx'中获取单元格’103.03‘所在的行号（注意：如果存在多个单元格的value是’103.03‘，只返回第一次读到的行号）
