解决方案： 将 .env中的WORKSPACE_TIMEZONE=UTC改为WORKSPACE_TIMEZONE=PRC。

在 C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc中添加

199.232.28.133 raw.githubusercontent.com

然后需要多试几次，网络可能会出现问题。
