清除默认样式 css

一般分为复杂版和简易版，根据你写的页面复杂度来定。

最简单的，初学者写页面是肯定够用的。

然后，代码写多了，会发现很多时候这样一来有些必要得内外边距也被清空了（ 比如input框，去掉之后很难看 ），于是有了这个：
