faster-rcnn环境配置

源代码：https://github.com/jwyang/faster-rcnn.pytorch/tree/pytorch-1.0

环境配置：pytorch1.10，python3.7，cuda10.0

细节：

1.安装依赖项：pip install -r requirements.txt

2.安装pycocotools：

1	pip install git+https://github.com/philferriere/cocoapi.git#subdirectory=PythonAPI

3.pillow版本问题：卸载原pillow，换成6.2.2

4.scipy版本问题：卸载原scipy，换成1.2.0

5.在已训练的faster-rcnn模型上继续训练：使用--r参数
