jsPlumb

jsPlumb provides a means for a developer to visually connect elements on their web pages. It uses SVG in modern browsers, and VML on IE 8 and below.

jsPlumb can be used with jQuery, MooTools or YUI3 (or another library of your choice if you feel like implementing an adapter for it).

The latest version is 1.4.1.
