解决tkinter在windows上没有正确安装的问题

Can't find a usable tk.tcl in the following directories:

解决方法

加两个环境变量，在我的机器上是这样的

TCL_LIBRARY=D:\dev\python\tcl\tk8.5
TK_LIBRARY=D:\dev\python\tcl\tk8.5
