frameset：最外层去掉body改成frameset<frameset></frameset>

frameset属性：rows行  cols列  frameborder边框 frameset双标记里面有单标记<frame/>

*代表所有，rows="100,*"行中分100和剩下的所有或者cols=“100，* ”列中分100和剩下的所有
