I always to challenge myself by stepping out of the comfort zone.
I very much enjoin working at my current job,the culture and the people there make it a great place to work. after three years, i have learned a lot about the company and process. now it's time for me to further develop my career and move on to a more progressive organization with more opportunities and challenges and that is really consistent with my career goal.
