A: VXDIAG multi diagnostic tool is compatible with OEM diagnostic software which means you can either use the software we provides or use the original software: Original PIWIS 2 V14.35 and JLR SDD V139.

A: You do not need to install the software because both PIWIS 2 and V139 JLR SDD software are well preinstalled on CF30 laptop came with the package.

A: Yes. We will provide you the software link download or send you new software CD when new software comes out.
Q: How can I use the software after I download the newest version?
A: If you have new software, you can send us your hardware ID, we will give your hardware update authorization. Then you can directly use your new software.
