A：briefly introduce. I have been working as a .net engineer for five years and as a instructor of .net developer for one year more.

A：Well, I am hoping to get an offer of a better position just like everybody’s hope. If opportunity knocks, I will take it. I feel I have reached the "glass ceiling" in my current job or there is no opportunity for advancement.
