Microsoft.CompactFramework.CSharp.targets not found

最近因为要给C盘扩容，就把D盘格式化了一下，扩容完成后

再用VS2008打开智能设备项目，报以下错误，很明显应该是对应的文件找不到了

The imported project "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5\Microsoft.CompactFramework.CSharp.targets" was not found. Confirm that the path in the <Import> declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk.

网上一查，都说是需要安装Power Toys for .NET Compact Framework 3.5，即NETCFv35PowerToys

但是问题来了，可能因为这个插件年代久远，官网的下载页面已经没有了，全网其他地方没一个能下载，找它的安装文件找的让我有点怀疑人生了

去CSDN里倒是有，但是不花个几百大洋开通会员是下不来的

本着互联网免费的精神，我破费把它下载下来，然后在这里分享给有需要的小伙伴
