System.UriFormatException: Invalid URI 解决方法

mobox 企业网页登陆界面，sa 登陆后 提示

System.UriFormatException: Invalid URI: The URI scheme is not valid. at System.Uri.CreateThis(String uri, Boolean dontEscape, UriKind uriKind) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.WebClientProtocol.set_Url(String value) at OpenInfo.Services.OrgWebS.OrgWebS..ctor() at OpenInfo.Services.UserService.SignIn(String uid, String pwd, Boolean encrypt, String ip, String host_name)

这个原因是 ，web.config 文件里面的一下参数设置有问题
