分类器性能指标

参数说明:

P ：Posigive，类别1为正例，正例的个数；
N ：Negative，类别0为负例，负例的个数；
TP：True Positive，1被正确分类为1的个数；
TN：True Negative，0被正确分类为0的个数；
FP：False Positive，0被错误分类为1的个数；
FN：False Negative，1被错误分类为0的个数。
则有：P = TP + FP; N = TN + FN.

• 精确度 Precision
  被分类正例中真正正例样本的比重：P = TP / (TP + FP);

• 准确率 Accuracy
  分类器的正确分类能力：A = (TP + TN) / (TP + TN + FP + FN);

• 召回率 Recall / True Positive Rate
  正确判定的正例占总正例比重：R = TP / (TP + FN);

• 转移性（不确切） Specifity / True Negative Rate
  正确判定的负例占总负例比重：S = TN / (TN + FP);

• F-measure / balanced F-score / F1 measure
  F = (2 * Recall * Precision) / (Recall + Precision).
