Work overtime with your customer

A friend ever told me,  "Do it with your customers if you want to work overtime.  they will feel better if you do it.". I didn't quite understand these words until this National Day.

Our customer gave some urgent requirements to me before National Day, and they wanted to see the result after the holiday, so I had to work overtime in the holiday. they had a little surprise when I went to their office on sixth, October. "I was afraid that you didn't come here, I'm very glad now." , a girl said. I felt very fine when I heared those words, so I worked in great efficiency this day. I was glad though I worked overtime in my holiday.

Finally, I understood my friend's words. if you want to satisify your customer, working overtime is nothing, other methods perhaps is nothing, Thinking for your customers is the key.
