    1、Consume Forum information through RSS feeds;
    2、'build a reputation' (e.g. as someone who posts accurate or valuable answers);
    3、Indicate a post is the answer to your question;
    4、Sign in to be notified when there are postings to a particular thread;
    5、Rate posts (e.g. those which are helpful or not helpful);
    6、Search by author for posts across all Microsoft Forums;
    7、Search by keywords for posts on single or multiple threads;
    8、Filter posts (e.g. search only questions without answers, only answered questions, only threads with 'helpful' posts etc.); 
    9、Read through previously posted answers or comments.
