封装基本类在项目中的应用

相信大家在使用.net开发的时候都会封装好自己的基本类,基本类包括很多比如保存数据、验证各样控件和发送邮件等等,下面就是开发过程中用到的,我整理了好长时间才搞好所以觉得有必要粘贴在这里。希望对大家有用!
