ilmerge diff from netz

ilmerge
support any type assembly;
bigger size than .netz, and no compress.

ilmerge for resource
shouldn't merge out with diff name of orginal assembly;
if use obfuscator, resource can't be obfuscatored, or other non-default resource can't be found.

netz
do not support serializer in .net 1.1
target assembly smaller size;
do not support dynamic reflection to instance from config
