强制设置IE浏览器的版本模式

1.<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=7" /> 通过在页面head标签中添加该属性来进行设置；
2.对于页面中引入了公共JSP页面的需要在公共JSP页面中也进行设置：
