stress-ng --cpu -1 --cpu-method all -t 1h --cpu-load 90 cpu-load-slice 500
在所有online core上遍历所有压测算法，运行1小时，负载设置90%，busy时间为500us，然后进入idle 500us，可以模拟频率性能变化
