路径：

Club sponsor and club mentor 都需要请俱乐部主席写邮件到总部去帮忙申请。通常是现任主席，但是之前的主席表明自己是往届应该也可以吧

申请时间：新俱乐部注册时间三个月后。时间到直接申请即可
发以下邮件去 newclubs@toastmasters.org

邮件名：
Toastmasters club sponsor Acknowledgment / C#7891442（新俱乐部号）
邮件内容：

Dear Toastmaster
My name is XXX, the charter president of adidas GZ Toastmasters Club C# 7891442（新俱乐部号）
I am here to confirm Lily Liao Member Number: 5545175（你的会员号）
complete her role as club sponsor for adidas GZ Toastmasters Club
