用户“XXX\XXX”不具有所需的权限。请验证授予了足够的权限并且解决了 Windows 用户帐户控制(UAC)限制问题。

装的win8，启动reporting service配置管理器，打服务地址，总是报没权限。搜了半天没找到，最后在老外论坛上找到答案，需要在注册表加个值。

注意：Server2008+要用管理员模式打开浏览器，并且注意要访问的地址是报表管理器URL而不是web服务URL
