	Job Scope: - Analyze requirements and design specifications for appropriate solutions. - Be proficient at coding to maximize optimal performance. - Be highly productive & efficient on product delivery. - Follow coding standards & patterns. - conduct code review. - Perform unit, functional, and integration testing of solutions. - Actively contribute to team by demonstrating, leading, mentoring, participating, and suggesting. Salary:Minimum 5000RMB/month + Benefit
职位要求(Job Requirements)：
	Education/Work experience: - BS Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. - 3+ years in Windows/.NET technology developing enterprise business applications. - Microsoft BI Stack experience (ETL, cube design,report) Skills & Knowledge: - Strong OOP Experience, .NET, C#, ASP .NET, Extensive knowledge of SOA Web Services, Visual Studio 2005, SQL, Database Modeling, MS SQL Server 2000/2005, Workflow - SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and Crystal Report are must Abilities: Enthusiastic. Communicate effectively in English, both orally & written. Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with other employees & outside contacts. A good team player. Excellent problem solving skills. Proactive.
